Khadija Shariff
Khadija Shariff is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for values and life skills. She has been actively involved in the non-profit sector in Zanzibar, Tanzania for the past 10 years. In her role, Khadija focuses on fostering holistic and sustainable community development, with specific emphasis on health, education, and livelihoods. Khadija's academic background includes a Masters in International Educational Development from the University of Pennsylvania, which has equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive positive change. Her work primarily revolves around empowering women, children, youth, and community leaders, enabling them to develop essential life skills and capacities. By doing so, Khadija aims to create lasting impact and promote self-sufficiency within communities. Currently, Khadija holds the position of Country Lead for the Assessment of Life Skills and Values in East Africa and Regional Education Learning Initiative
